When does my coverage take affect?

Your coverage goes into eect immediately. Simply purchase a plan, follow the instructions to download our health check app to verify the current condition of your phone, and that’s it*. Customers can also bypass this diagnostic step for which a 30-day waiting period will be applied before a claim can be made.

Can I add older or used phones to my protection plan?

YES! The age or place you purchased your items does not matter. As long as an item is eligible for protection, regardless of its age or if you purchased it used from a store, you can add it to your plan and have it protected against accidental damages and electronic failures

What is the coverage limit?

The limit of protection is capped at replacement cost of the device at the time of your claim.
