The limit of liability per claim is the original retail price paid by the customer. Claims are not deducted from the replacement value.
Functional Component Coverage
Coverage offered on handles, knobs, racks, rollers, wheels, shelves and drawers.
Laundry Benefits (Washers / Dryers Only)
If a washer or dryer is not repaired within (7) days from the report of the failure, the customer is provided up to $50 reimbursement for laundry services over the contract term.
Food Loss (Refrigerator Products Only)
The customer is eligible to file a reimbursement claim for any food spoilage up to $300 over the terms of the contract. The product must be functioning for three (3) days after installation or repair has been completed to be eligible.
Our No Lemon Benefit
If a service call occurs three (3) times for the same issue, the product will be eligible to be reviewed for replacement. Repairs during the manufacturer’s coverage are not included.
Power Surge
Coverage begins Day 1 and is an additional benefit not offered under the manufacturer’s warranty. For example: brownout, spike in electrical current, etc.
