I’ve filed my claim. What’s next?

Centricity℠ will initiate the first step in our resolution process.

  1. We’ll evaluate your claim and review your policy.
  2. We will call to schedule an inspection as needed or to advise if your claim is not covered.
  3. Post-inspection, we will inform you and your builder of the claim determination.
  4. If all criteria are approved, we will initiate the repair process*

*Claim and repair process may take minimum of 60 days to complete
