With dedication and determination, Wendy has achieved another milestone in her professional development. After working hard to keep this building up to par, she decided to jump out of her comfort zone where she found her new niche as a Customer Care Agent with Centricity. Nominated by Lindsey Coates, this month we are highlighting Wendy Castillo, a Bilingual Customer Care Agent.

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
“I use to clean this building and work maintenance in the bathrooms.”
What does true leadership mean to you?
“Being correct, being able to understand other people, and see the success in other people.”
How has Centricity helped you in your career development?
“This is the first job where the environment is different. I’ve worked in maintenance and restaurants. So, this is the first job that I feel is important. I love learning and I know this job will help me with my future.”
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
“I enjoy helping! Whatever customer service I give, I want to do my best. I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated.”
What is at the top of your bucket list?
“To visit my country Mexico. I lived in Mexico for four years then came to America with my parents.”
If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
“My family; my husband and my two kids.”
What advice would you give to recent new hires?
“Study! Study! Study! It’s essential to go over things. Be patient and you’ll get ahold of it.
