A month ago, we began our remote operations.  During that time, we’ve realized a new appreciation for grocery store workers, truck drivers, and especially medical and health care personnel.  Many of our team members have even been working nights and weekends to sew masks and found that helping others reduces the stress of these unique times.

Regarding our business operations, over the past month, we have maintained our high service levels, adjusting and adapting as necessary to meet the needs of our clients, providers, builders, and customers.

In addition, we have:

  • Created marketing plans and materials to help our clients sell service contracts and generate revenue
  • Developed training webinars to help retailers sell service contracts when foot traffic is down.
  • Assisted builders to file for exemptions in states that ruled building trade is not an essential service.
  • Provided signage for builders on maintaining proper social distancing practices while on a job site.

At this time, we expect to continue our remote operations until early May, at least.  We constantly monitor and follow guidelines by our state and federal officials.  We will continue to update you on the status of our remote operations.
