Centricity’s Vice President of Business Development, Jocelyn Getson and Senior Client Services Account Manager, Liz Ahner will present their strategy on how to develop a successful service contract partnership at the 2017 Warranty Chain Management Conference (WCM). This event will take place in Tucson, Arizona from March 7th through March 9th. The presentation will focus on plan development, program launch, claims management, and overall account management.
The Warranty Chain Management Conference is an annual event that provides an opportunity for industry professionals to gather and discuss successful service contract management methods as well as solutions to service contract problems. This conference includes a diverse group of industries, such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and white goods along with companies who provide tools and software to multi-billion-dollar service contract companies.
