Our Centricity Builder Division stands ready to deliver a modern customer experience for our builders and homeowners alike. With the launch of our new Homeowner Hub, we aim for a seamless, online experience for homebuyers covered by our structural warranties.

 What is a Structural Home Warranty?

A structural home warranty provides peace of mind during the home buying process by guaranteeing the structural integrity of a builder’s work as defined in the express written warranty and providing a third-party backing to meet the builder’s warranty obligations. Typically the coverages include one year towards Workmanship and Materials, two years toward Systems, and ten years toward Structural Coverage.

Homeowner Hub Brings Centricity Directly To The Customer

Our new Homeowner Hub creates self-service options for the homeowner, including filing a new claim, monitoring the status of that claim, and reviewing a claim’s history. For homebuilders, the new platform provides a value-add service to strengthen the trust and relationship with the homebuyer.
