Centricity Vice President of Partnership Strategy Jocelyn Getson is moderating a panel titled, “Customer Experience vs. Expense Control,” which will focus on how the industry can manage the contradictory goals and offer solutions to overcome a common challenge. Getson will be joined by executives from Dell, Amazon, Microsoft, Starr Companies, BrandsMart, and Nebraska Furniture Mart. Getson’s panel is scheduled for Wednesday, March 7th, at 3:45 p.m. PT.
“I look forward to moderating a panel of Industry leaders who will be candid in expressing their opinions and experiences,” said Getson. “Attendees can expect to gain insights and first-hand accounts as we discuss how these executives create a positive customer experience, develop their service contract programs, position clients and company for a program of long-term success, and embrace the changes of our marketplace.”
