Insuring your new home starts at move-in. Centricity Classic New Home Warranty enables your builder to guarantee (during the warranty period) that your home will be defect-free and covered against:

  • Defects in the materials or workmanship* – This does not include defects in appliances, fixtures and equipment.
  • Defects in the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems* including wiring, piping and ductwork of those systems.
  • Major structural defects coverage for major structural defects that occur during the term of your warranty. Subject to the limits provided in the warranty, we will repair or replace a covered major structural defect or pay the homeowner the reasonable actual cost of repair or replacement.

With your home warranty coverage from Centricity, you can rest assured that your home–and your wallet–is protected against defects, however unlikely they seem.
